1949 JEFFERSON NICKEL STRUCK THROUGH GREASE?
I am looking at a magnificently toned 1949 Jefferson Nickel that I fished out of a double mint set I bought 25 years ago. I got the coin recently graded and reviewed the high definition pictures and found this. There are two areas on the coin that appear to be struck through grease. Thoughts or comments?Tags: None
