1999 Floating Clash or PMD?
This is a 1999-P Lincoln Memorial Cent that my mom found in her change. I've posted it on Facebook forums and have been told over and over that it is PMD. I have seen other 1999 Lincoln Cents with clashes similar to this one, so I'm skeptical and my mom refuses to believe anything otherwise, so here I am.
What do you guys think?

doesn't look like a legit error to me.

in my opinion, It's PMD. Definitely not clash related. It's dented. This was probably a vise job. IF it were a real error, those other supposed strikes are so far off, that this coin would have been off center. It's dented. The reverse rim has a rim going through it. The working dies dont have rims. That is a process that's done to the planchet pre strike through the upset mill.Gary Kozera
