1970 D penny, NEED YOU EXPERTS ON THIS ONE!

So i was going through rolls of pennys and i came across this 1970 D penny that looks to be an DDO, RPM, the 0 in the date has an 8 underneath it when you put it under a scope and zoom in about 4-6x you see it pretty easy... and it looks the date itself might have been struck twice; but you can see an imprint under top tail of the 9 and an RPM D/D/S maybe on the date, i believe,(DDR) im also seeing doubling on the reverse in the motto of E-pluribus and an , FLaoting roof/possible no fg and i think doubling in the last S in States and A in America.... ANd finally could this be a LArge over small date or vise versa?

In my opinion, and bluntly....I highly doubt all of this happened to this coin.
IF this did a Brilliant Uncirculated example from the die that struck close to 1 million coins just like this - it would have been documented over 50+ years ago.

First of all there is too much crud around the date to be able to see exactly what is going on.

Double strikes and DDO are not related to each other.

That website will show you photos of what is available in varieties for this year that have been documented and accepted by CONECA. It's important to look at the mintmark placement on the coin, since back then, they were hammered into the die by hand.

Whenever it comes to a coin it's questionable as what you present is really important to you know take a toothbrush and kind of get you know the debris out of the corners a little bit that way people can really see the details because when there's truck in there you can see a genie in a bottle and nobody else would see it but I mean I'm not going to lie it does look like a legit 8. Better pictures more clear would greatly help
