1968 Roosevelt dime - wondering if the date may be a rpm?

Hi everyone, I was wondering about my 1968 Roosevelt dime date. (1968) It's in pretty decent shape. I was looking at the date of "1968" and wanted to know if anyone see this as maybe a rpm. No expert. (smile)

Wait... this is a 1968, with no mintmark, right? RPM stands for re-punched mint mark. If you are talking about doubling any where else, it might be referred to as a doubled die or worthless doubling or a repunched date. Repunched dates is highly uncommon in newer coin types.

Your photos are too far away to tell anything. Half the reason that is, these photos have not been cropped, which removes that oversized background and makes the coin bigger. Most photo taking applications have a cropping feature, sometimes represented by a funky looking square, allowing you to put a box around the outside of the coin photo and remove the excess background.
