Interesting Messy 71-D IKE Dollar

This is one complicated messy reverse--the messy areas are extra metal, looks "molten", random, splayed here and there, next to the middle star, and, blobs on top of the T & the S, near the rim--to further complicate matters, UNDER the S are 15 parallel lines, in groups of 2's, 3's, and 4's--they run parallel , and UNDER, and through the S, but not on top of the S like striations would--way beyond my comprehension. I added the blurred pic, because it shows how wide ranging the clash is.
