imo, not a sintered planchet. i'll go to only 99% because of the blurry image. (not terrible)
i'll upload these to hopefully help someone else make a definitive diagnosis.

Thank you. I found my remote after I sent these. I have found a couple of these in the year or so since I started. I have read that the doesn't use this "sintering" process but it is in Dr Herbert's book. Either way , I would like to know the cause, if possible, because it is a different looking coin. Thank you. I am working on photo skills. Maybe a black background
