1970 something penny did part the Mint mark break off on the coin?

So I was going through a roll of Pennie’s and I came across this either 1970/1972/1979 penny, I’m not 100 percent sure what all is happening here, did the mint mark break off and filled the D, looks like it also has maybe a dieclash/struck through happening as well… than there appears to be a letter on the rim on the coins obverse. What am I not seeing here? So did the master die break off and retain in the coin is that what could be happening as well? Any input would be appreciated. Also maybe a double ear lobe?IMG_0422.jpeg IMG_0416.jpeg IMG_0421.jpeg IMG_0415.jpeg IMG_0418.jpeg IMG_0420.jpeg IMG_0419.jpeg IMG_0414.jpeg

Greetings, there is a lot of damage to this coin PMD, the "D" looks like it took a hit as well but if it is and you see more of the mint markes with the center cavity filled then this is a common "Filled" mint mark, some also refer this as a "Post Break" and has no added value. Is a type of Die chip!
