CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

2022 penny 2Ls in LLberty where the I should be is another L

Hey everyone so I’m not sure what kind of error this is if it even is one, but liberty has 2 Ls so if this is something how do I categorize this coin when searching for info about this kind of find?To the left of the C in sent appears to be a leg of sorts from another letter so, like a ghost letter, also does this appear to be a weak strike?

I believe your looking too close for things and getting stalled on anomalies that are inconsequential, the extra "L" is most likely platting or PMD issue.
There just simply will not be extra letters on a working die, this cant happen given the manufacturing presses of the Dies off the Hubs used to make them.
if you can please send you photos to your computer or laptop vie USB or a mem card, then use a photo software like "PhotoScape" to work them more clearly.. All errors and Varieties can be found by a 10x loupe so with the Scope be careful not to be drawn in on insignificant dings, dents, plating blisters etc.
