I haven't seen anything like this before, It only happened on (IN and GO in GOD). Is this some type of ejection doubling or something else.

It appears to be a peculiar and localized form of die deterioration doubling.Mike Diamond. Error coin writer and researcher. -
I have also seen this odd doubling anomaly on older dies, where a ridge is formed on the die which does not allow the metal flow to complete its travels to the rim. Die deterioration doubling would be the best name for this.
