    1959-D WRPM-003 Missplaced Mint Mark ?

This 1959-D has what looks like a D & D Northeast in the second 9 of the date, not all die variety specialists agree that this is an RPM variety with some arguing that it is some form of damage though is listed by Crawford: CRPM-008 & Coppercoins: 1959D-1MM-021. Coneca had it listed at one time but de listed it. 0006.jpg 0007.jpg
There appears to be an errant and totally separated D punched into the lower 9

An overlay by Billy G. Crawford shows that the suspected errant mint mark punch does conform to the shape of the D mint mark.

John Wexler lists this variety as WRPM-003. The variety is also certified by ANACS. It is listed
by Charles Daughtrey as 1959D-1MM-021, but his website listing implies
that he is undecided about it status.
The viewers will have to orm their own opinions regarding this variety, especially if a purchase is being considered.

I am curious as to why Coneca De Listed this and is it a lack of interest, or a general consensus among the top attributer's that the attribution is notable to be verified ? All comments will be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, the last 9 photo shows the misplaced 9 backwards. The curve of that misplaced 9 is clearly headed south, and the overlay wants to place it to the north. I am not, and never once was convinced this was an misplaced mint mark. There are two other Lincoln cent examples which are more promising at being truly legit. That's all I got.
