2001 DDR with MDD?

Hi Everyone, I found this 2001 with what looks like a doubled die reverse with machine doubling in a different direction. I'm not totally convinced that it is a true doubled die though. The machine doubling is CW (clock-wise) while the die doubling is South on "United States of America" and North on "One Cent" (which doesn't make sense). There is peeling of the copper above USA also. I question this coin simply because the die doubling has the separation lines on the letters and it's rounded not shelf-like. Any ideas if this is a true DDR. Thanks guys!

With the help of the guys on "Lincoln Cent Resource", we've decided that this is a form of Ejection doubling. Thanks for looking.
