In my opinion, this mintmark was damaged probably outside the mint. It removed some of the southern serif. It also compromised the thin copper layer, causing some zinc to leak and stain the surface of the coin.
En mi opinión, esta marca de ceca fue dañada probablemente fuera de la ceca. Eliminó parte del serif del sur. También comprometió la fina capa de cobre, provocando que algo de zinc se filtrara y manchara la superficie de la moneda.
