These could be die chips or die dents that are left after a strike through a foreign object. As to the double eye, it does have some similarity, however, the shape is not exact and it should be for it to be a doubled die.

look at chin is not scratched or gouge or nick looks to be from die also the eye lid looks doubled what you think thanks 10cent.jpg
