New Find 2014 Lincoln Cent Error

I got a Box of 2014 Lincoln cent At my Bank and in the Box I am finding several coins with a new error! How can I get them looked at to make sure its a new error.I have not seen any 2014 coins with this error the coins are rolled by loomis.

This appears to be die deterioration, perhaps supplemented in some areas by machine doubling. These minor defects have no market value and generate no collector interest.
