La moneda ya tiene suficiente desgaste. La punta del ala podría ser un problema de laminación o daño posterior a la menta.

It will be difficult to know for sure. The coin as you say is heavily circulated. Could this have happened outside of the mint ? Maybe.
I cannot magnify this well enough to see.
The area is also dark, so it is hard to make out what it is.
So here are the possibilities:
Post mint damage
Or
Lamination
Or
Strike through error.
