1999 Experimental planchet Georgia Statehood Quarter

I believe this is a 1999 Georgia Statehood Quarter on Experimental planchet. There is no copper color on the edge with the reeding. It's in very good condition and slightly has the discoloration like the Sacagawea dollar. Can someone tell me if they would send it in to be graded and confirmed of my suspicion?

Here, the CONECA staff will determine if they want to see a coin in hand. Go to the main forums page.
Look for the CONECA Services forum
Place a post under the EXAMINATIONS forum.
Add as many photos and text to tell them exactly what you see. It will save time and you wont have to wait for a second possibly longer time frame for them to circle back to your post.

If your looking for a grading slabbing and authentication from a third party service, it may be quite pricey - I would say close to if nor over 100 bucks to get this coin done - whether it comes as a plated coin or something else. ANACS would probably be the cheapest of all three TPG's.

Its your coin, money and your decision - I wont push people either way.
