CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

    1926 ddo

Can anyone verify that this coin is a real ddo? I would appreciate it, not sure if I want to get it graded or not. If it is worth it.

Greetings, first off its much slower to get an answer about your coin if you are not specific as to what the vitals are, like Year' we see that , Denomination" don't
know, Mint Mark if any' Unknown . the more information you give us the faster we can give you the answers as to what we are seeing. A full Obverse and Reverse of the coin is very important as well so we can see what is going on all around the coin. I took an educated guess at this being a Lincoln Wheat cent
1926 x, looking at the Variety vista`s website there is only one Philadelphia minted coin listed and it is not a match. http://www.varietyvista.com/01a%20LC...DDO%201926.htm
What i see is machine Doubling on your should be Lincoln.
