Lincoln Cent 1991 D, Doubling.

Ya revisé las bases de datos y no hay nada para esta fecha, esta moneda tiene una fuerte duplicación en ambos lados. Pensé que podría ser un problema de chapado, pero hay lugares que lo perdieron, de lo contrario una duplicación mecánica, pero tampoco lo creo. Espero opiniones.

I already checked the databases and there is nothing for this date, this coin has strong duplication on both sides. I thought it might be a plating problem, but there are places that missed it, otherwise a mechanical duplication, but I don't think so either. I await opinions

It is split plating. Zinc cents are horrible for this condition.
Some times you can see a stain on the flat field of the coin or actually see the bluish zinc below the thin copper layer.
