CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    New kid on the block.

    Hey there guys, I'm new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brad and I live in a small town in Missouri. I've always been the guy that kept any wheat pennies or silver coins until recently. Now I find myself in the rabbit hole with error coins! I love the hunt!!! I find myself reading new things all the time to learn more. Retaining it all is another story! I look forward to seeing everyone's pictures and learning more all the time. Good luck to everyone who is searching, and thank you in advance to all I learn from.
