In my opinion, I do not see any doubling on this coin. It does not appear to be ddo 001 from 1958 from the photos provided.
I suggest you look at the variety vista page below to get an idea of which doubled dies exist. Working dies were made of steel. The working dies which had more than one impression done to them and were off axis enough to see doubling under magnification are called doubled dies. Since these impressions on the working dies were made of steel, the areascof doubling do not move. They are documented and photos taken by attributors, so websites like variety vista show photos of the affected areas.
