Hi I’ve collected coins and bank notes for about 25 years but never have researched them or the value of them. I’ve also never sold them. I have been using several different websites to learn more about what I have and what to look for. I am a beginner in that respect which is the most important one that matters. I have stored all kinds of cool and awesome coins and notes in the back of my safe or deposit box and forgot about them but now I’m wondering how I can make more money for myself and my family. I am not a member yet bc I’m unsure of how successful I will be at it. I appreciate all the feedback and help!

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.
