CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    I’m Josh

    Hi, my name is Josh and i am very new to collecting/investing/selling/buying coins. I became intrigued by coins about 3 months ago and have spent a large portion of my available time diving in to the literature here, Mr. Wexlers literature (doubleddies.com), and the literature on Vista Variety. I am open and receptive to any recommended reading anyone has. Before I ask a question about attribution just know I have exhausted all known resources at my disposal. I am not lazy by any means.
