CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

    Hello from, Chad

I'm Chad Ingram, a passionate collector and the owner of the eBay store Akashic Juke Joint, where I specialize in modern artifacts, numismatic coins, and collectible currency. Florida here.

Bought my first coins in 2017, the first issue of the silver Krugerrand.

I'm particularly drawn to strike and planchet anomalies, doubled dies, and anything with a good story behind it.

I'm excited to learn from the community here and share insights as I continue expanding my collection and knowledge.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow enthusiasts!

    Best,
    Chad

    Welcome aboard.

I took a quick peek at your coins and, in my personal opinion, some seem to have incorrect assessment. When I personally sell anything, I make sure the assessment is correct to avoid any legal action that may ensue.

No, at this time I am not willing to elaborate much. But I will say this. That "ring" appears to be a dent into the device from another coin called a bag mark. And the quarter may just be a mild toning, vice anything else. But, thats my opinion and that is all I am willing to say.

Just as a heads up, CONECA forum rules frown on asking about values. They also discourage talking about grades of raw coins. When adding a post, the rules say it is one coin per post. Some helpful CONECA posts are in my signature block.
