Welcome aboard.
First, your photos are way too small to see any details. You have more background than coin. You should be able to find a photo editing software to "crop" the images so its a lot more coin showing and a lot less background. We will need some focused, not fuzzy close ups of the areas you are talking about.
In my opinion, there is a lot of false information out there on the web. One has to be careful what to believe. Most people want hits on their sites in order to gain a reputation, regardless if the information is accurate.
Just so you know, CONECA forum rules frown on talking grades of raw coins and any type of value. There are plenty of online website and printed publications where average prices can be found.
I will attempt to download and crop these photos, but I believe they will be too fuzzy/grainy to see any actual details.

After cropping just one reverse side of a coin, it was evident that the photos were too far away to get any clarity.
This block letters you are talking about, did they mention doubled die obverse (ddo) or doubled die reverse (ddr)? If so, a good place to look up some of the more pronounced varieties is at

If you see a designation on the coin as PR or PRF that means its a Proof coin, not an every day business strike coin.

One last thing. There were different designs for the Ike dollars, just like other denominations of coins. On varietyvista, they document the different types of known designs.
Here is a link to the reverses:
