Hello. My name is Andrew. I’ve been a coin collector for almost 50 years — since I was about 8 and needed to start a collection to earn a Cub Scout achievement. I knew about the major errors … the Lincoln 1922-no mint mark. The 1955/55. And the 3-legged Buffalo nickel. I only recently became interested in “everyday” errors, especially those that may not be considered a variety. I find searching for errors is something the Regular Joe collector can do with minimal investment. It has revitalized my interest in pocket change and bank rolls, just like when I was filling my Whitman board books.
