CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Hello and thank you for allowing me to join.

    My name is Drew and its great to meet everyone. I am a personal collector in South Florida. I collect US coins but focus almost exclusively on Mercury Dimes. Ever since I was young I have been drawn to mercury dimes for some reason. I sub-focus a lot on varieties and errors and simply enjoy picking through dimes to find oddities. I do some buying/selling on ebay and name is drew-2528. I try to have errors listed, but again, i'm just a personal collector and do it for fun not as a business.
