CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    I am a new Member

    Hello Everyone!

    My name is Julia and I am a new Member. I was referred onto this group by someone from another (Facebook) group because of a coin I had posted that was interesting. (Will post once I can get some better photos of it)

    Aside from that I have been collecting for about a year, I have a lot to learn still so I second guess myself and might from time to time ask for opinions regarding errors or grades.

    I really do enjoy the hobby and thanks in advance to anyone who answers my questions in the future!
