I turned the coin right side up and I personally do not see any hub doubling on the date. I think I see some damage on the lower half of all the numbers in the date and possibly on the I in "IN". Same with a few of the letters of "LIBERTY". It could be slight coin roller damage. but I cannot be certain. It does not look like a DDO to me.
here is a right side up attempt at the date area.

Everything you see there.6's included. Never seen 6's strike out like that. I could play light games to get better pulls on features, but that's a best quality I can give ya.

Welcome. Can you be more specific? You talking about above the 9?. Can you post a closeup right side up? Maybe start a thread in the variety section?

Hello from the Swamp, I'm Joseph.
Greetings my fellow enthusiasts!
My name's Joseph Franklin. Just turned 40 on the 9th and living in a swamp called Houma, LA. LOL
Been collecting consistently for about 3 years but always had a collection since my grandma worked at a bank. Oh yeah, I had a brilliant wheat penny collection I sold for nearly 3K back in 2011. I'm a Disabled Combat Veteran and was medically retired from the Army after fighting in Iraq back in 2005.
So,the first coin that has got me all twisted up in my 1966 Washington 25C. I know there isn't a register 1966 DDO yet, but with some help I hope to get it register if it's worth it.
I am an antiques seller and have my own website www.ianeveantiques.com
I have posted on there some of the 1967 DDO's listed..... Please guys and gals if I'm wrong, which I know I will be.
I do hope these can aid in helping me find out if this is a DDO.You do not have permission to view this gallery.
