CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Hi a new member here. Jeff Richitt (AKA) Fred flintstone. I am computer stupid, Flintstone in George jetson world so hope this post right. Thank you to Maria and James for getting me going. When I figure this out on kindle tablet I'll post pictures of what I would like looked at. Been collecting for years but just started with errors in 2021. Found a few. a 1953 D penny that weighs 1.7 grams, and a 1967 sms nickel with what looks like hub doubling. Hope this post and thanks for allowing me here.
