CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Awesome! Welcome aboard. Please feel free to share some of your finds. Any questions about posting let us know.

    A few suggestions.

CONECA forum rules want one coin per post. It knocks down confusion.
typically an initial post can have up to 8 photos I believe.
additional photos can be added per reply to that post.
Photo sizes have to be less than 2mb each.
photos can be cropped and resized by an app, or photo editing software. Many decent photo editing programs are free.
I personally like to keep photo widths smaller than 800 pixels wide ( left to right) , as about 800 is as wide as this forum is.

A photo which is clear and focused is best.
it is not necessary to get too close to the coin otherwise it becomes unfocused and we will not be able to give an accurate opinion..
Glare is another issue.. I use sheer cloth to cut down having too much light. Improvise, and you will have much success.
