CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

    Greetings to All,
I’m Jim, a paying member of CONECA. I collect tokens from Taiwan and China, and, occasionally, pick a few up from other countries. In the process, I’ve gathered a small handful of errors, some of which I could identify, some not. I had not heard of CONECA until I started searching on the internet for information to explain the puzzlers I had acquired. I’m happy to be a member, and I look forward to solving some of my numismatic riddles.

Welcome to the Forum and CONECA! If you haven't already, please share some of those errors and/or varieties that are puzzlers.

      Thank you for the welcome.
This is the most puzzling one to me. It appears to have been struck four times, rotated and be marginally off-center. I include a non-error for comparison. Any clarifications appreciated.
