CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

It looks like a split serifs RPM for sure. You may need to research this on https://coppercoins.com . I think it's too minor to be listed on the CONECA website, but I could be wrong. Position of the mintmark is crucial, if it is listed, you should be able to find a match.

There is a small chance that it might be on http://varietyvista.com .

I simply don't have the time to do the attribution right now. I will try it in a few days, if some one doesn't get to it before I do.

    Happy hunting

I added some photos, hopefully it helps but i believe there's also another punch west of the original. If so none are listed online. I appreciate you taking the time to look and no rush on the attribution.
