In my opinion, It kinda looks like coin wrapper damage to me, the damage hit the 4 and then smears it going towards the rim. From the photo of the 4 only in date, it looks like it might have damage all the way around the rim ? The full date photo looks like the area below the complete date has damage.

In my opinion, no it's not a bonefide error. If one looks quickly at the coin they might think it's a die crack, but this is smeared and there is damage to the 4.A die crack should be deeper and go into the rim. This is smeared over the top of the rim.Gary Kozera

What do you mean ?
Its your coin, you can do just about anything you want with it. Keep it, wait for more opinions, spend it or whatever. As far as any sort of other possibilities of that coin might be, i can only offer you what I believe it is.

No need to be sorry. Every one starts some where and knowledge is as key as asking questions and trying to understand the answers. Trust good references and you are on your way to a seasoned collector in no time.

as soon as I can get the pictures and upload it that seems to be my big issue here
Well, this site can hiccup at times. I have heard it from others that photos would not upload. Its either an issue on the forum or, the size of the photo is too big.
I do have a how-to post that might help. This one is saved to my subscribed list. If you ever need it, in a post click my name. Then look for the subscribed link. There are two posts there. This is one:
https://board.conecaonline.org/forum/general-forum/114694-how-to-take-photos-with-a-cellphone
It gives a basic idea of how to upload, sizes limits, number of files per reply, etc.
I recommend starting a new post for every coin. CONECA staff rules say it all, but one coin per post to cut down confusion is a biggie. Photos size have to be smaller than 2mb per photo and you can add up to 8 photos per initial post. If there is a need for more, reply to your post and add more.
