What would cause the errors on this Susan B. Anthony?

I am afraid the arrows don't help much, but I do believe you are referring to what looks like doubling and/or hits on the coin. This could be all machine or circulation damage, but you need to please be specific and tell us what you are seeing that needs out attention.Bob Piazza
