Evening Uruman. First this coin above you photographed is not a proof, it's a standard buisness strike so there is no relationship with the dies, they are definately different; between proof/buisness strike working dies. Second - what are the arrows pointing to? Are they pointing to a marker? I'm sorry from the photo's I do not see an RPM. You need a photo as close as this:

Trust me I know about lighting issues. I use filters and side lamp spacers to defuse light and it's hard to just photograph a copper without certain areas being over exposed. Then the programs we use can change the color between a shooting program and an editing program. I also wish I had an answer to taking nice colored true to form photo's of coppers. It's not that easy.
