1984-D D/D Lincoln 1C
Good evening, I believe I can see a D on top of another D on the inside west edge of the mint mark. Let me know what you think, I appreciate you taking a look. By the way, awesome meeting Zimmy and John Miller at the fun Sun coin show. Hopefully I can go back tomorrow.

I moved this post to the proper forum. RPM and Double Die questions belong in the Die-Variety forum.
What you are seeing inside the primary "D" is part of the inside of the punch itself. This is apparent on alot of 1980-1984 punches because if the punch was slightly tilted when it was punched into the die, it's deeper leaving a slightly raised impression within the raised mintmark itself. It's not an RPM.
I'm sorry, your learning. You'll find one eventually.
