When I try to zoom this picture it becomes very blurry/over pixelated. Try to set your camera from the normal shutter 640 px to Fine shutter or 1500-2000px then crop the photo down to a size that can be uploaded.

To me, with a blurred image this looks like Die Fatigue Doubling from a hot working die moving the metal on the planchet.
This is common on alot of dinomintations. I don't believe this is an RPM.

i'd agree with eaxtellcoin. a proof rpm that strong would be exceptionally rare. a clearer pic would clear the matter up quickly. perhaps getting JUST the mm in the frame?
