Need help with 1943d rpm

Mammashoe,
I'm sorry but this is MD Machine Damage Doubling - Flat/shelf like. Notice all the doubling is in the same direction?
It's not an RPM.

Agreed, looks like a loose collar, both Obv and rev display the same shifting as would come from a loose collar or a push creating shelving. One clue would be the date and mm shift together as with a rpm or doubled date from that error variety usually are not in sink, imo
of observation and study
(makes better cents to me than I can explain still trying to get with the tech of it all. Lol)
