CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

  • Tripping example 1957, Benjamin 50 C

Is this an example of tripling where it looks like steps up the side of the letter? If not, could someone post an example of tripling? I’ve seen this before. Thank you. PICA0004 (2).jpeg

looks like MD to me from the images fwiw but they aren't too good and proofs can be tough, esp close-ups.

only 2 listings on V V and it doesn't seem to line up with either and i doubt it is a new monster tdo+ .

There are a few problems with this. All proof coins are struck twice. this tends to make them susceptible to Machine Doubling. and . proofs are supper shinny. the light will bounce off a design and make it look like doubling/tripling.
Your coin shows Machine doubling as Occnumis2021 stated.
