Good afternoon, opened a never opened a 1970 P&D US mint uncirculated set today and found what I’m hoping is a 1970S S/S RPM CONECA RPM-01, NGC VP-002. Please give me your opinions. Please note that I haven’t removed any coins from the plastic yet. Pictures might be a little rough.

They were a bit common in mint sets John. We have a mint set, proof set dealer here in St.Louis that breaks up the mint sets. I find one or two of these every now and then still in plastic.
