look at the 1, 7 (image too blury imo) and the W in We to confirm if you have the 101. doubling is strong with many split serifs.

Coneca-1970-D-(2).jpg If the Quarter was a Doubled Die the Question should have been posted in the Die Variety Forum. To me all I see is Machine Damage Doubling. Look at my arrows I added to your photo's notice the doubling on the date and on the mintmark are in the same direction? This is MD.
