I am not sure about what is around the rim of this penny. I'm thinking it might be a mule die clash penny. I have arrows pointing to the location of the rim on the reverse of the coin, where I suspect the mule die clash is taking place. Also, is there a die clash happening on the obverse of the coin? Is the reverse a DDR?

Sorry no one has said anything.
All I really see - my oppinion on the REV is zinc rot. Circulation damage.
The OBV that may be a long die gouge through "IN God We Tr" cannot be completely sure. May also be the zinc beginning to peel from moisture.
