CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    1935-D/D RPM#002 PCGS MS64 - In Great Collections - ends 11/19/2025

    Hello folks,
    Most of you know I'm a variety guy and I have a PCGS set.
    FYI - Great Collections - Auction ending this Sunday - if you look at the close up and zoom in. The coin in the PCGS holder is MD along with the wrong mintmark position for RPM#002. I'm not sure if PCGS has a few new variety guys but the coin is one of the newer holders. Always look carefully before you buy. You could save yourself alot of $$$ by not buying mistakes.
