1943 D Jefferson WDDO-001 ?
I'm trying to match this coin to the Double Die site 1943-wddo-001. I'm seeing nice seperation on the "E", "T", "Y" in Liberty and possibly something on the 1 and 4 in the date. My coin does not have any of the additional pick up points shown near the nose, forhead, Monticello. Are the characteristics shown here enough to call it a match?

Sorry Ron. Been a long few days. I'll re look.
I just took another look. Mr Ribar classifies 1943-D WDDO-001 as a slight Triple Die OBV with the strongest PUP "Pick Up Point" through LIBERTY. I can see the Tripling on the lower serif(s) of the L and I in the Wexler photo's. When I look at your photo's. very close and in focus ""Thank You"" I only see a Double Die or two sets of serifs.
I looked at the other sites for the master die double dies including Wexler/VV/errorref.com and I cannot seem to find that now. I know it was published somewhere in the past. That kind of information would make life so much easier if published again.
