1954 S Jefferson Nickel...DDO, DDR, RPM or all three?

I would like to open this topic with a huge yawn...could there be anything more mundane than a 1954 S Jefferson nickel graded MS65? I bought this coin because of the magnificent color and it was ridiculously cheap. Then to make it worse...I sent it in to PCGS to have it reholdered and TrueView imaging. Now I can not stop looking at this coin. The more I look at it the more confused I get. It looks like a RPM. Then it looks like a DDR. Then it looks like a DDO. Could it be all three? It reminds me of a 1940 S Washington Quarter I sent into ANACS and came back all three. To top it off it has a massive die crack at 6 o'clock on the obverse...right next to a neon pink rainbow. With all that said...I just can stop looking at this coin! Is there something special about this coin or is it just another massively weak struck San Francisco Jefferson with a pretty face that reminds me of a Tequila Sunset?

I don't see a photo here but to answer your question, it is possible, but very unlikely to have all 3 varieties on one coin.

There are some good pictures to look at here if you would like to compare your coin to.

It has nice color, but unfortunately it does not have a DDO, DDR or a RPM. The reverse shows die wear, the obverse seems to be machine doubling and some normal quarks to the Jefferson design.
