CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

This 1962-D quarter has an RPM D/D North. It also has MDD showing to the southeast.

It's a bird! It's a plane! Aw nuts... It's merely two die scratches!

Definitely an RPM. Are you asking for help in identifying it, or showing us the coin?

Again, I don't have an id on this variety, so I will need help getting a number on it. I haven't checked the Treasure Hunting quarter book yet to make sure it isn't in there, but I didn't see it on VV or Wexler's site.

OK. AT least I know now what you are after. These will have to be submitted once the attributions open for the denomination you wish.

Another nice find Wendell. Hang on for quarter attributions to open.
