  • 1998 P Quarter DDR?

I have this 1998 P Washington quarter that I believe is a DDR. I a have already researched to see if there was a known DDR for that year and there isn't. The doubling can been seen on the eagles neck, legs, toes, left wing in 3 spots, and the leaves of the wreath on the left side. I have included photos that show where the doubling is located, I have overview photos as well but due to the limited of only 8 photos ill will send those upon request. I have the photos labeled for easy referencing. My questions are:

    Is this indeed a DDR?

If it is, where do I go from here in getting it certificated?

Thank you for taking a look. You time is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, this is all MD (Machine Doubling). This is a pretty strong example of MD, but there is no doubt that is what you have here.
