1951-D Lincoln Wheat Cent- RPM-008???

So, I am extremely new to RPM's in general and was going through some wheaties when I came across this one. After reviewing at Variety Vista and Doubleddie, I am fairly certain that this is the RPM-008 but would like someone with experience in this to validate if possible. Lastly, do these things carry any type of premium?
