CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    I believe this is the 2017 P MO DDR-001, 1-R-VIII, but at a VEDS.

    Based on what I am seeing, you are correct. As far as die state, I can not be sure.

      Mustbebob, I understand what you're saying about the die stage. I did consider that it could possibly be in its late die stage where die wear obscured the foundation doubling and other portions of the right railing vertical. I guess it could go either way, VEDS or LDS. It is a different stage of the variety.
