Can someone help attribute this 1984 ddo

I'm having problems finding a match to this ddo, it may be earlier die state?
the only possible die marker (that may be used) I can find is on the bust,

Can you please include a photo of the entire date? There are many to chose from, but not a lot of them have that notching on the 4 of the date. Maybe a photo of the top of the head also (below WE TRUST)?

Looks like we have some MD along with the notching. Based on what I am seeing, the best chance of being able to attribute it would be with the coppercoins.com files. I don't see anything in the VV files that would match. This example might need to be submitted when the Lincoln cent attributions open up.
